Our aims

Five threads run through everything we do. Hover over each patch to see how it's woven.

To Create

a more equitable and just arts and cultural industry by addressing systemic barriers and promoting inclusive and equitable practices.

To Increase

representation of underrepresented artists in the South West cultural and arts community through our various channels and platforms.

To Evolve

greater inclusion and diversity in arts and culture, ensuring that a wide range of perspectives and experiences are celebrated.

To Diversify

the arts and cultural sector workforce, encouraging the broadest range of talents and perspectives to contribute to its growth and vibrancy.

To Nurture

the wellbeing of emerging and underrepresented creatives by providing opportunities, support, and resources that help them sustainably develop and thrive.

Be Seen.
Be Heard.
Be Paid.

DIASPORA! 24 resonated so well across the city, I'm very happy that we are marking the dates with a Mini-DIASPORA! for 2025 as we plan and plot for 2026!
